TVI Express- Global Assist Team

TVI Express have caused quite a stir in the MLM industry in their first year. They just launched in early 2009 in London and had great success in India and China before finally landing in USA in August with an established reputation as a fast growing company that pays out big commissions.

The drawbacks for many people though are the $250 entry fee, which is to purchase a 6day/7night hotel stay and the fact they MUST sponsor 2 reps to get started.

As an experienced marketer, you know that it takes a lot more than two reps to make any business successful and this is where most people fail in MLM. They simply don’t know how to market.

There is one team in TVI however that have solved both problems. The TVI-GAT (Global Assist Team) have designed a program to enter you into a simple 2×2 matrix BEFORE enrolling in TVI.

This let’s you get started for $37 instead of $250. It will take your $37 and make you cycle twice through their 2×2 matrix, which can be done very quickly, then you will have the funds necessary to join TVIExpress. You will also carry with you the people in your 2×2 downline which means you already have your 2 sponsors before you even start.

This is a forced matrix, which means EVERYBODY has to go through the same system, so you are guaranteed to have your people and make money.

Now, you can either sponsor your two people yourself and bring them into the 2×2 with you, or you can buy them for $20 each. Buying them will use the spillover people from your upline and put them below you. This ensures that the boards cycle quickly and everybody gets paid.

Most teams in TVI encourage you to build as many personal sponsors as possible and build wide instead of down. This leads to stagnant borads where nobody gets paid.

With TVI-GAT you can have just 2 personal sponsors and any others are put in the system to ensure the boards are always dynamic and paying out.

GAT has put more people into TVI than any other group and they have just launched an advertising campaign to build this process and make all of our borads cycle faster.

Bear in mind that you are always reentered to each board once you cycle through and the more people you can enroll, the faster you will get paid.

As an extra bonus, the 2×2 matrix never stops either and you are reentered into that as soon as you cycle. This money goes into your paypal account and can be used as a great marketing budget to advertise this opportunity.

TVI is a great company that has a good reputation of paying out substantial amounts of money, so, to be able to get involved for just $37 is a wonderful opportunity for everyone. If you cannot sponsor your two people yourself, then you can buy them for $20 each, which brings your total to $77.

This ensures that you have a place in TVI with your 2 sponsors and you begin cycling through the boards.

From there, you need not do anything else and the system that forces people to go through the same process will force you to move quickly through the boards and get PAID.

Here is my wife’s link to TVI-GAT.

She enrolled with GAT after I had already joined TVI and is cycling WAY faster than me using their forced matrix system.

Go have a look and see what they have to offer now as they have just started a massive advertising campaign that will bring thousands of new people into the program.

We serve God by serving others.

Here is a great message from Rick Warren that is true for everyday life as well as business.

“Whoever wants to be great must become a servant.” (Mark 10:43)

We serve God by serving others.

The world defines greatness in terms of power, possessions, prestige, and position. If you can demand service from others, you’ve arrived. In our self-serving culture with its me-first mentality, acting like a servant is not a popular concept.

Jesus, however, measured greatness in terms of service, not status. God determines your greatness by how many people you serve, not how many people serve you.

This is so contrary to the world’s idea of greatness that we have a hard time understanding it, much less practicing it. The disciples argued about who deserved the most prominent position, and 2,000 years later, Christian leaders still jockey for position and prominence in churches, denominations, and parachurch ministries.

Thousands of books have been written on leadership, but few on servanthood. Everyone wants to lead; no one wants to be a servant. We would rather be generals than privates. Even Christians want to be “servant-leaders,” not just plain servants. But to be like Jesus is to be a servant. That’s what he called himself.

While knowing your shape is important for serving God, having the heart of a servant is even more important. Remember, God shaped you for service, not for self-centeredness. Without a servant’s heart, you will be tempted to misuse your shape for personal gain. You will also be tempted to use it as an excuse to exempt yourself from meeting some needs.

God often tests our hearts by asking us to serve in ways we’re not shaped. If you see a man fall into a ditch, God expects you to help him out, not say, “I don’t have the gift of mercy or service.”

While you may not be gifted a particular task, you may be called to do it if no one who is gifted at it is around. Your primary ministry should be in the area of your shape, but your secondary service is wherever you’re needed at the moment.

Your shape reveals your ministry, but your servant’s heart will reveal your maturity. No special talent or gift is required to stay after a meeting to pick up trash or stack chairs. Anyone can be a servant. All it requires is character.

It is possible to serve in church for a lifetime without ever being a servant. You must have a servant’s heart.

How can you know if you have the heart of a servant?

Jesus said, “You can tell what they are by what they do” (Matthew 7:16 CEV).

Faith works and requires action.

“Faith is being sure of what we hope for and certain of what we do not see.” Heb 11:1

“We live by Faith, not by sight.” 2 Cor. 5:7

“Anyone who has faith in me will do what I have been doing. He will do even greater things than these, because I am going to the Father.” John 14:12

“I tell you the truth, of you have faith as small as a mustard seed, you can say to this mountain, ‘Move from here to there’ and it will move. Nothing will be impossible to you.” Matt. 17:20-21

“My message and my preaching were not with wise and presuasive words, but with a demonstration of the Spirit’s power, so that your faith might not rest on men’s wisdom, but on God’s power.” 1 Cor. 2:4-5

“If you do not stand firm in your faith, you will not stand at all.” Isa. 7:9

Faith is confidence that what God promised or said will come to pass. Sight is the opposite of faith. If you can clearly see how something can be accomplished, more than likely, faith is not required.

Your faith does not rest on a concept or idea. Faith must be in a person– God.

Faith is not drawing up a great plan and then asking God to make it come to pass. Faith is valid only in God, in what He says and purposes to do.

With only mustard-sized-faith in God, anything is possible. Jesus said His followers would do greater things than He had done. Our faith, however, must be based on God’s power and not on human wisdom.

What do you know is something only God can do? Have you ever been in a situation where you knew you couldn’t help the situation, but miraculously God had His hand in producing the desired result?

In sickness, finances, relationships and any all your troubles, remember, faith in God can accomplish anything.
