Faith works and requires action.

“Faith is being sure of what we hope for and certain of what we do not see.” Heb 11:1

“We live by Faith, not by sight.” 2 Cor. 5:7

“Anyone who has faith in me will do what I have been doing. He will do even greater things than these, because I am going to the Father.” John 14:12

“I tell you the truth, of you have faith as small as a mustard seed, you can say to this mountain, ‘Move from here to there’ and it will move. Nothing will be impossible to you.” Matt. 17:20-21

“My message and my preaching were not with wise and presuasive words, but with a demonstration of the Spirit’s power, so that your faith might not rest on men’s wisdom, but on God’s power.” 1 Cor. 2:4-5

“If you do not stand firm in your faith, you will not stand at all.” Isa. 7:9

Faith is confidence that what God promised or said will come to pass. Sight is the opposite of faith. If you can clearly see how something can be accomplished, more than likely, faith is not required.

Your faith does not rest on a concept or idea. Faith must be in a person– God.

Faith is not drawing up a great plan and then asking God to make it come to pass. Faith is valid only in God, in what He says and purposes to do.

With only mustard-sized-faith in God, anything is possible. Jesus said His followers would do greater things than He had done. Our faith, however, must be based on God’s power and not on human wisdom.

What do you know is something only God can do? Have you ever been in a situation where you knew you couldn’t help the situation, but miraculously God had His hand in producing the desired result?

In sickness, finances, relationships and any all your troubles, remember, faith in God can accomplish anything.

This is a must watch mini sermon from Jentezen Franklin for any Christian business person trying to reach their treasure.

Jesus taught that the treasure is in the field that when you get connected to the harvest field where souls are, where lost humanity is, that there is treasure connected to the field. In other words God blesses people, God blesses ministries and God blesses businesses that use the resources God has given me to reap the harvest

It only takes a little Faith

One of the biggest problems with home business entrepreneurs is having Faith and belief in what they are doing. Most try a few things to market their opportunity and hope they work, but it is the belief that makes it work.

You must believe in what you are doing. Sow your seed and expect to reap your reward. A classic illstartion comes from the bible in Mark 9 where a father brings his boy to Christ to be healed. Jesus says,”I can heal your son. If you will believe. I will heal him.” The father then says, “Lord, I do believe. Help me overcome my unbelief.” Have you ever felt like that? You know what you are doing is right, but yu are not sure if you will get the results you are after.

This is a problem with unbelief and doubt which is a killer of dreams.

Yet despite his doubts the father asked Jesus to heal his son and got what he asked for. You see, it only takes a little faith when your faith is in God. The faith of a mustard seed can move mountains if only you will believe in your heart that your God will grant your wishes.

Next time you present a project, try to close a sale, or get that contract you have been waiting for. Expect that you are going to succeed and have faith that God will provide according to His riches in glory. A Little Faith+ A Big God= Huge Results.

You take your little faith, “Lord, I believe. Help me with my unbelief.” You place your faith in our big God and He will show you how He works out big results.

This is not theory. It is fact. It is Spiritual law and it works every time it is applied correctly.

This is a spiritual law: God never does anything without saying it first. God is a faith God. God released His faith in words. “And Jesus answering saith unto them, Have Faith In God” (Mark11:22) A more literal translation of the above verse says, “Have the God kind of faith, or faith of God.”

Ephesians 5:1 literally tells us to be imitators of God as children immitate their parents. To imitate God, you must talk like Him and act like Him.

He would not ask you to do something you are not capable of doing.

Jesus operated in the faith principles of Mark 11:23 and Matthew 17: 20 while He was on earth. He spoke to the wind and sea. He spoke to demons. He spoke to the fig tree. He even spoke to dead men.

The wind, sea, demons, and even the dead were obedient to what He said.

He operated in the God kind of faith.

God is a faith God. God releases His faith in words.

Jesus was imitating His Father and getting the same results as His Father.

In John 14:12 Jesus said, “…He that believeth on me the works that I do shall he do also; and greater…”

These principles of faith are based on spiritual laws. They work for whosoever will apply these laws. You set them in motion by the words of your mouth.

Do you really want all the negative things you have been confessing to come to pass? Are you believing for those things?

If Jesus came to you personally and said, from this day forward it will come to pass, that everything you say will happen exactly as you say it; would you change your vocabulary?

I believe it would.

You know, it wasn’t just Jesus who performed miracles. It was not because He was the son of God that he was able to perform miracles. It was because of His knowledge of and Faith in spiritual law which God set in place for us.

After seeing Jesus rise from the dead, the disciples were filled with faith and had no doubt in their hearts that they could do what Jesus had told them by the power of the Holy Spirit in Jesus’ name.

We have the same power too. If we would only believe in our hearts with no doubt, we could move mountains.

There is no Secret to this. It is no marketing gimmick. It is God’s spiritual law which Jesus explained to us 2000 years ago. If we could only grasp this, we could have what we say. But we keep saying what we have!

Thoughts and Ideas are powerful things. Everything starts with a thought. Every great success starts with an idea. But they are useless if they are not combined with Definiteness of Purpose, Persistence and Desire.

1. Definiteness of Purpose- It is not enough to say, “I want to have lots of money.” You need a definite amount to focus on and a goal of when you will achieve this. “I want to be making $50,000 a month in 6 months time.”

2. Persistence-means not quitting. The ability to stand by your desire until it is materialized.

3. Desire- Not just desire, but a burning desire to achieve your purpose and translate thoughts into material things.

One of the main weaknesses of mankind is the average person’s familiarity with the word “Impossible.” He knows all the rules which will NOT work. He knows the things that CANNOT be done. But, to be successful YOU have to possess the traits above. Success comes to us when we are ready.

Success comes to those who become SUCCESS CONSCIOUS. If you seek success you need to learn the art of changing your thoughts from FAILURE CONSCIOUSNESS to SUCCESS CONSCIOUSNESS. We have the power to control our thoughts.

Jesus tells us, “We can have what we say.” But, we keep saying what we have. Stop speaking your problems and focus on solutions. You get what you ask for and focus on.

From a scientific perspective, the universe will provide what we hold in our minds. It doesn’t make a distinction between constructive thoughts and destructive thoughts. If we hold thoughts of poverty in our minds, the universe will return poverty to us. If we hold thoughts of wealth in our minds, the universe will return wealth to us.

What is it that you are focusing on? Is it poverty and the law of impossible, or prosperity where your thoughts and goals become a reality?

It is easy to work with people who have an abundance mentality and focus their energy on being successful. This way they overcome trials and learn new skills and never quit.

These are the kind of people to look for on your business team and when you  find them, keep a close relationship. As you will learn from them and they from you. This is the importance of having a mastermind group.
